I write code for a living, but I’ve never thought of programming as only my job. Every now and then I end up back in my editor after work, building something for myself — usually to find out whether I can.
It started at Kristu Jyoti College, where I did my BCA and MCA. The college’s innovation centre, Inovus Labs, had a small IoT workspace full of development boards, sensors and half-finished projects. I understood almost none of it, which is exactly why I kept going back. A few fried boards and popped capacitors later, I was hooked. I still mentor there.
These days I’m a senior software engineer at Johnson & Johnson, working on systems for product labelling. Before that I spent two and a half years at Airtory, building ad platforms for social media and connected TV.
The first website I made was a coming-soon page with a wallpaper of two horses and the Gilroy font. I don’t remember a line of its code, but I remember how it felt to see it appear in the browser. I use AI every day and wouldn’t give it up — but I miss the struggle it replaced, and that is what I write about most.
It’s not about how fast you build something. It’s about how well it weathers the storm.
- Nodrix — an IoT platform that runs in your own Cloudflare account. The idea waited years for me to be able to build it.
- Reelity — paste a product pitch and a link, and get a short vertical video, rendered in the browser.
- BitNerve — an AI trading engine that lets Claude trade crypto futures through the Model Context Protocol, and records every decision it makes.
- More on the projects page.

- Building Reelity: A Browser-First Approach to AI Reel GenerationReelity began with a simple idea: generate funny promotional reels from a conversation. This is the story of how JSON, FFmpeg WASM and Cloudflare shaped an unexpectedly simple architecture.
- Nodrix: A Dream That Refused to LeaveSome ideas arrive as a passing thought, get forgotten for years, and quietly wait for the right tools to come back. Nodrix was one of them.
- How We Turned an Old Signage TV Into a Live Content PlatformSometimes, innovation is simply reconnecting the dots differently — which is exactly what led us to transform an underused signage display at our college lobby into a live automated content platform…

- What if GitHub isn’t Forever?A simple thought while looking at my GitHub contribution graph led me to build a system that mirrors all my repositories elsewhere. Not because GitHub is unreliable — but because things change.
